Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our products and services.

To protect your rights and ensure mutual understanding, please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order and making payment.


1. Product Nature

Our products are semi-custom corrective insoles, highly personalized and crafted based on each customer’s foot structure and full-body posture.
All customization services require customers to visit our physical store in person for full-body measurement, assessment, and on-site production by professional staff.

Due to the personalized nature of the product and its inability to be resold, once payment is made, you are deemed to have agreed to and accepted the following terms.


2. Payment and Appointment

  • All products require full online payment before the appointment and production process can be scheduled.

  • Successful payment indicates that the customer confirms the purchase and agrees to proceed with the customization process.

  • If the customer fails to visit the store for production due to personal reasons after payment, the payment will be retained and will not be refunded.


3. Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be provided under normal circumstances.

  • Once payment is completed, unless there is a major error on our part (such as production mistakes or failure to provide the service), no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Change of mind

    • No-show after appointment

    • Personal dissatisfaction

    • Changes in health conditions

    • Any other personal reasons

  • If a refund is required due to a significant error by our store, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.


4. Production and Acceptance

  • Customers must visit our store in person after payment for foot measurement, assessment, and customization.

  • During the production process, our staff will accompany the customer to confirm the size, function, and comfort of the product.

  • Any concerns must be raised immediately on-site and adjustments will be made accordingly.

  • If the customer does not raise any concerns during on-site production and completes the acceptance process, it is deemed that the product has been accepted without objection.

  • After leaving the store, no refund, modification, or exchange requests will be accepted for any reason.


5. Defective Product Handling

  • If any obvious defects (such as damage or major production errors) are discovered during the production day, customers must immediately inform our staff for inspection and necessary adjustments or remakes.

  • If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product as appropriate at no additional cost.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is strictly limited to the production and adjustment of the insoles based on the measurements taken during the appointment.

  • We are not responsible for issues arising from improper use, failure to follow aftercare advice, or changes in customer physical condition after product acceptance.


7. Final Interpretation Right

  • Our store reserves the final right of interpretation and adjustment of this Refund and Returns Policy.

  • By completing payment, customers are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above.
